Cancellation Policy

There is a 50% cancellation fee for all cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours of scheduled appointment. For No-Shows, there will be a 50% charge. For Groupon Clients, if you fail to cancel within the window and/or no-show, your voucher will be redeemed. A non-refundable Retainer (Deposit) is required to book services. If you do not cancel your appointment at least 24 hours before your scheduled time or if you fail to show up to your scheduled appointment, the retainer (deposit) will be not be transferred to any future appointment. If you do not show up for your appointment at all, the next appointment will require a 50% Retainer (deposit) of all services booked.
